It’s the summer holidays and our friends at Igloo asked us if we’d share one of our favourite summer recipes. No matter how old your kids are, one thing that everybody enjoys during the summer is a refreshing ice lolly. As a healthy snack company, we love any excuse to get into the kitchen, so we came up with this quick summer berry ice lolly recipe, using some of our juices…
What will you need?
A handful of mixed berries (raspberries & blackberries, blueberries & strawberries all work well)
2 x cartons of Pumpkin Tree blackcurrant juice (available in Waitrose, Sainsbury’s & Ocado)
Lolly Maker mould (available online)
How do you make them?
1. Simply add a few mixed and washed berries to a lolly mould and top with juice.
2. Place them in the freezer overnight until set.
