Delivery & Returns
Our Standard Delivery charge to mainland UK addresses is £3.95 per order. We also offer a Guaranteed Overnight Delivery Service (only on orders received by noon Monday – Thursday) which incurs a supplement of £4.00. Orders which weigh more than 1500g cannot be sent by this service. We can, however, dispatch the order by courier on a 1-2 day service, at the same supplement price. Overnight Delivery cannot be guaranteed for some items of clothing or shoes. Please phone us to confirm if you wish to use this service for clothes and/or shoes. Both rates include postage, packaging and insurance.
All orders are sent 1st class recorded through Royal Mail and will require a signature on receipt.
We can deliver to most countries in the world and will do so using the most economical and appropriate means possible. Postage will be calculated on the weight and destination of each order. Please note that if your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside the European Union, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. We have no control over such charges and cannot predict them.
Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours making UK delivery about 7 working days. If an item is out of stock there may be a delay, in some cases up to 28 days. Please note that during certain times of the year (i.e. Christmas!), delivery times will vary.
We offer a free UK returns service on all shoe orders. For all other items the cost of returning this parcel is your responsibility.
All items must be returned in a new, unworn condition with their original tags still attached. Shoes must be returned unworn and in their original box. Igloo will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or garment tags removed. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer.

- Wrap your item securely and place it in the returns envelope provided along with your completed returns form.
- Take the package to your local post office where you can return it to us free of charge. Just make sure you retain your certificate of postage.
- A refund or exchange will then be issued upon the satisfactory receipt of the item.
If you require a refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus postage costs. Refunds will be made within 28 days of the date we receive your returned item.
Sale Items are non refundable. However we will happily exchange or refund any unwanted goods within 14 days of the goods being received with the exception of all seasonal costumes which cannot be exchanged. The items must be in perfect condition and be accompanied by proof of purchase. Without proof of purchase, in some circumstances we can offer an exchange for the value of the item at its last selling price only. This also applies to sale items.
These policies do not affect your statutory rights.
